Accounting & Payroll Trainer (For MBA Students)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Accounting and Payroll Trainer

to deliver practical and comprehensive training to

MBA students

. The trainer will help students understand accounting principles, payroll management, and related financial operations, bridging theoretical knowledge with real-world business practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver

training modules on accounting, payroll, and financial management

tailored for MBA students.

Teach students

fundamentals of financial accounting, cost accounting, and managerial accounting

.

Explain

payroll processes

, including salary computation, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS), and payroll software usage.

Conduct

hands-on exercises, case studies, and simulations

on accounting and payroll systems.

Guide students on

using accounting and payroll software

such as Tally, QuickBooks, SAP FICO, or Zoho Payroll.

Mentor students in

financial reporting, reconciliation, and regulatory compliance

.

Evaluate student progress through

assignments, practical exercises, and assessments

.

Stay updated on

latest accounting standards, taxation rules, and payroll regulations

to incorporate into training.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field

.

-5 years of professional experience

in accounting, payroll, or finance.

Proven experience as a

trainer, instructor, or faculty member

in accounting or payroll.

Strong knowledge of:

o Accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS)

o Payroll processing and statutory compliance

o Financial statements, budgeting, and reconciliation

o Accounting and payroll software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Zoho Payroll)

Excellent

communication, presentation, and facilitation skills

.

Ability to simplify

complex accounting and payroll concepts

for MBA students.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications such as

CPA, CMA, ACCA, or Payroll Certification

.

Prior experience teaching

MBA or executive programs

.

Knowledge of

taxation laws, labor laws, and HR compliance

.
