Tally Accounts
for bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, handling vouchers, reconciling ledgers.
Use
Zoho Books
for invoicing, expense tracking, client/vendor management, bank feeds, reconciliation.
Prepare periodic (monthly, quarterly, annual) financial statements and management reports: profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow, etc.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable: issue invoices, follow up on collections, make vendor payments, reconcile vendor statements.
Bank reconciliations (daily/weekly/monthly as required), cash flow monitoring.
Assist in budget preparation, forecasts, and variance analysis.
Assist with taxation and statutory compliance: ensure timely submission of tax returns, goods & services tax / VAT etc., as per local laws.
Support internal and external audits: prepare schedules, reconcile accounts, provide documentation.
Identify and bring process improvements: automation, controls, standard operating procedures, reducing errors.
