Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented
AI Tutor
to help train and enhance Docyt's AI models used in bookkeeping and accounting automation.
This role bridges accounting expertise with technology innovation. You'll collaborate closely with our Product and Engineering teams to improve how our AI learns and performs financial tasks for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and review accounting work completed by the bookkeeping team.
Train, evaluate, and refine Docyt's AI learning -- identifying and correcting inaccurate learnings.
Collaborate with the
Engineering
and
Product
teams to improve AI accuracy and automation effectiveness.
Maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate the highest level of professional ethics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Hands-on accounting or bookkeeping experience.
Strong knowledge of financial statements, reconciliations, and accounting principles.
Proficiency with
QuickBooks Online
and Excel.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
