Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



1. Administrative & Accounting Support



Handle basic accounting tasks, including invoice preparation and payment tracking. Maintain documentation, filing, and record-keeping in line with company policies. Assist in internal reporting and coordination across departments.

2. Recruitment Support



Coordinate with management during the recruitment process. Assist in screening, scheduling, and following up with candidates as directed by senior management.

3. Executive Assistance



Provide direct administrative and operational support to the Managing Director. Handle day-to-day office coordination and operational tasks as required.

Desired Candidate Profile:



Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with digital marketing, web, or e-commerce industry is a plus. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
