to manage day-to-day financial transactions and office administration activities at our Junagadh branch. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting principles, MS Office, and Tally, along with good organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily accounting records including vouchers, invoices, and receipts.
Handle petty cash, bank transactions, and expense tracking.
Prepare and maintain ledgers, trial balance, and other accounting reports.
Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments for billing and payments.
Support HR and admin-related activities such as attendance tracking, office supplies, and documentation.
Ensure timely filing and record maintenance for audit and compliance.
Assist management with administrative and clerical support as required.
Key Skills:
Knowledge of
Tally / MS Excel / MS Office
Basic understanding of
GST, TDS, and bookkeeping
Strong communication and coordination skills
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Qualification:
B.Com / M.Com or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
