About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to manage financial activities, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and provide strategic insights to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of accounting standards and taxation laws.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and finalize financial statements in compliance with accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS).

Manage statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.

Handle direct and indirect taxation, including income tax, GST, and TDS filings.

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

Monitor budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

Advise management on financial planning, cost control, and investment opportunities.

Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.

Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and other statutory regulations.

Review and implement internal control systems and financial policies.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Accounting Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com)
Experience: [Insert years, e.g., 2 years] of post-qualification experience in accounting, audit, or finance.

Strong knowledge of Tally / SAP / Excel / ERP systems.

Up-to-date knowledge of taxation, accounting standards, and compliance regulations.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.

Preferred Experience (Optional)

Exposure to corporate finance, MIS reporting, or due diligence.

Experience in manufacturing / service / financial / consulting sector (customize as per your industry).

Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience.
