Job Summary:

Naga Auto Ventures LLP is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented

Accounts Executive

to handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including bank transactions, ledger entries, and compliance activities. The role requires a responsible individual who can coordinate across departments and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Record daily financial transactions in accounting software. Manage

Accounts Payable

and

Receivable

, including vendor and customer payments/collections. Perform

daily bank reconciliations

and manage cashbook entries. Maintain and track

petty cash

, ensuring all expenses are documented and approved. Coordinate with the

sales, service, and spares

teams to ensure accurate invoicing and revenue tracking. Make

bank deposits

.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

B.Com

Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years in accounting.

Software Proficiency:

MS Excel, and familiarity with GST/TDS portals. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and time management. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Other Requirements:

Work Timing:

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (6 days a week)
