Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, compliance, and reporting. The candidate should ensure accuracy in accounts, timely filings, and smooth coordination with management, auditors, and banks.
Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts (Sales, Purchase, Ledger, Cash & Bank)
• Handle GST compliance - returns, reconciliation, and filings
• Manage TDS calculations & filings
• Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual financial reports
• Record and reconcile bank statements
• Handle invoicing, billing, receipts & payments
• Maintain expense records & petty cash
• Assist in audit preparation and coordination with CA
• Manage vendor payments and client follow-ups
• Support management with financial MIS & reports
• Ensure compliance with statutory & internal controls

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Masters's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax basics
• Proficiency in Tally / Accounting Software
• Good command over MS Excel
• High attention to detail & accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle confidential data

Preferred Skills

• Experience in IT / Consulting / Project-based companies
• Knowledge of compliance documentation & tenders (added advantage)
• Good communication & coordination skills
