: As part of the Founder's Office, you will work directly with the founder and leadership team to drive execution across operations, sales support, HR coordination, and strategic initiatives. This is a high-ownership, multi-functional role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is proactive, and wants to build a strong foundation in business operations and leadership support.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Finance
Manage daily operational expenses, maintain ledgers, and track purchase/sales books
Coordinate reimbursements and ensure compliance with company policies
Sales & Distribution Support
Communicate with distributors/stockists for order processing and issue resolution
Support the sales team (MR and Area Managers) with data, coordination, and reporting
Maintain and analyze Daily Call Reports (DCR) and sales dashboards
HR & People Coordination
Assist in hiring and onboarding new team members
Coordinate internal communications and employee engagement activities
Executive Support & Internal Communication
Prepare and circulate official communications: memos, notices, warning letters, reports
Support the founder in daily prioritization, follow-ups, and key project execution
