to manage day-to-day accounts using

Zoho Books

and support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Record and maintain:
a. Sales Invoices
b. Sales Orders
c. Purchase Orders
d. Purchase Bills
e. Payment Entries

Generate and review accounting reports Update management regularly regarding

dues, payments, and outstanding balances

Make and receive professional phone calls related to accounts and coordination

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of accounting experience

Zoho Books Certified

(Certification from Zoho is mandatory) Strong communication skills in

English (spoken and written)

Good knowledge of general accounting practices Organized, reliable, and able to work independently

Salary:

?14,000 per month

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday -- 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
