We are reaching out from Preamble Design, a premium interior design studio with operations in Amritsar and Delhi. As part of our ongoing growth, To support our expanding operations, we are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable

Accountant/Bookkeeper with

at least

1 year experience

to manage our financial records and ensure smooth day-to-day accounting.

The role will involve coordinating with vendors, maintaining project records, and ensuring timely task follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports Handle accounts payable and receivable Prepare and reconcile bank statements Manage payroll, and statutory compliance (if applicable) Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and expense management Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Support audits and coordinate with external accountants when required Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements

Proven work experience as an

Accountant, Bookkeeper, or Finance Executive

Proficiency in

BUSY or Tally

accounting software Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Strong communication and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the

construction / design / real estate industry

(preferred but not mandatory) Familiarity with

MS Excel and financial reporting tools
