to manage day-to-day accounting operations and office administration activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily accounts, bookkeeping, and data entry in Tally/ERP.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, and petty cash.
Prepare invoices, vouchers, and financial reports as required.
Manage office administration including attendance, vendor coordination, and general office maintenance.
Assist in HR-related documentation and record keeping.
Coordinate with external auditors, vendors, and clients when required.
Support management in administrative and accounting functions.
Better knowledge of GST & TDS
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent.
Female Age 30 years and above
6-7 years of relevant experience in accounts and admin roles.
Proficiency in Tally and MS Office (Excel, Word).
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and responsibly.
