Job Summary
We are looking for an Accountant who ensures efficient execution of routine accounting processes, risk mitigation, and financial reporting. Key responsibilities include day-to-day accounting in Zoho, vendor and bank reconciliations, Indian payroll processing, and support in routine accounting and compliance tasks. This role liaises closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to facilitate smooth operations. Collaboration with finance, HR, and compliance teams is vital to problem-solving and delivering seamless performance while maintaining compliance. Success is measured by operational accuracy, turnaround time, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities
Daily ledger posting and transaction processing in Zoho.
Vendor reconciliation, payment follow-up, and expense tracking.
Bank statement matching, including cash flow and balance coordination.
Processing payroll inputs, loan disbursements, and vendor invoices.
Excel-based monthly reporting and audit support.
Timely submission of statutory reports, including GST and TDS.
Ad-hoc managerial or compliance support as requested.
Close coordination with vendor teams for escalation management.
Audits: statutory, internal, and compliance documentation.
Ad-hoc analyses and reporting for efficiency or fund allocation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
