Handle purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial data records.
2. Taxation & Compliance
Prepare and file
GST returns
(GSTR-1, GSTR-3B).
Reconcile GST input/output and manage e-way bills.
Ensure compliance with statutory rules and deadlines.
3. Billing & Documentation
Generate invoices, quotations, credit notes, and delivery challans through Zoho Books.
Maintain organized documentation of bills, vouchers, and receipts.
Reconcile vendor and customer accounts regularly.
4. Bank & Financial Reconciliation
Prepare
Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
in Zoho Books.
Track payments, follow up on pending collections, and monitor outstanding amounts.
Coordinate with banks for routine transactions.
5. Financial Reporting
Generate monthly P&L reports, balance sheets, cash-flow statements from Zoho Books.
Provide management with timely financial updates.
Support internal and external audits with required reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
2-5 years of experience in accounting.
Mandatory:
Expert-level knowledge of
Zoho Books

Strong understanding of GST filing, reconciliation, and accounting principles.
Good communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work independently and handle accounts end-to-end.
Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com / Diploma in Accounting.
Hands-on experience with Zoho Books (must).
