Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented

Expert Accountant

with at least 5 years of proven experience in accounting, finance, and tax compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, handling GST and TDS compliance, and ensuring the smooth financial operation of the business. The candidate must reside in or near Zirakpur and be comfortable with full-time, on-site work.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounts. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Manage accounts payable and receivable. Conduct bank reconciliations and handle petty cash. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements. File returns and handle audits. Generate MIS reports and provide financial analysis. Work closely with management on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Manage payroll processing and related compliance. Coordinate with external auditors and consultants. Ensure timely and accurate data entry in accounting software (Tally/Zoho/Busy etc.).

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and statutory regulations. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP, Busy, Zoho, etc.). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines. Good communication skills. Residing in or near Zirakpur (mandatory).
