Job Title:

Accountant worked with Indian and Overseas

Job Summary:

The Accountant will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards, and handling multi-currency transactions. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in international accounting practices, cross-border taxation, and global financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with

local and international accounting standards (IFRS / GAAP)

. Manage

accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations

. Prepare

monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

. Handle

multi-currency transactions, foreign exchange adjustments, and consolidation of international accounts

. Coordinate with

foreign clients, vendors, and auditors

regarding international payments and compliance. Ensure

timely filing of statutory returns

and compliance with international tax regulations (TDS, VAT, GST, etc.). Support the preparation of

budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow statements

for global operations. Collaborate with internal and external auditors for annual audits across multiple jurisdictions. Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data accuracy. Provide financial analysis and reports to management for decision-making.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's / Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.

Professional Qualification (Preferred):

CA / CPA / ACCA or equivalent.

Experience:

Minimum

3-7 years

of accounting experience with

at least 2-3 years in international operations

.

Knowledge of:

IFRS / US GAAP / International Taxation / Transfer Pricing.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in

Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems

, and

MS Excel

.

Language Skills:

Strong command of English; additional foreign language is an advantage.
