Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Accountant to manage the financial operations of our Interior Company. You will be responsible for tracking project-specific costs, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring that our creative visions stay within budget.

Track income and expenses for every individual project to ensure profitability. Manage payments to contractors, furniture vendors, and material suppliers; reconcile purchase orders with invoices. Manage client deposits and ensure funds are correctly allocated to specific product orders. Perform bank reconciliations, maintain the general ledger, and handle monthly/yearly closings. Maintain vouchers of our organization. Handle GST/Sales Tax filings, payroll taxes, and ensure all business deductions are captured.

Software Proficiency:

Experience with

QuickBooks, Tally, advanced

Excel

skills are a must.
