The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. The role supports the finance department in budgeting, auditing, payroll, and financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities1. Financial Record Keeping
Maintain and update ledgers, journals, and financial documentation.
Record all financial transactions accurately in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
2. Accounts Payable & Receivable
Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
Generate customer invoices and follow up on outstanding dues.
Prepare aging reports and track receivables/payables.
3. Financial Reporting
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and balance sheets.
Support audits by providing required documentation.
