Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations (accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, general ledger).
Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
Handle GST, TDS, tax filings, and compliance with statutory requirements.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting.
Support management with financial analysis for decision-making.
Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA Inter / M.Com preferred).
2-5 years of accounting experience (preferably in the education or service sector).
Strong knowledge of Tally/Zoho Books/QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
Sound understanding of taxation, compliance, and financial regulations.
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
