Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and statements.
Create, manage, and send
professional invoices
to clients/customers.
Work extensively with
Advanced Excel
functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements, etc.) for financial analysis and reporting.
Prepare documents and reports using
MS Word
(letters, financial summaries, client communications, etc.).
Manage entries in
accounting software
such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or any similar tool.
Track expenses, payments, receivables, and reconcile bank statements.
Assist with GST filings, tax documentation, and audit preparation as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
1-3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
