Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Accountant

to manage the day-to-day financial operations of our hotels and resorts. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate bookkeeping, compliance with accounting standards, and smooth handling of financial transactions, while supporting management with timely reports and insights.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the property Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments Monitor daily income, expenses, and cash flow Manage payroll preparation and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, GST, etc.) Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts regularly Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management Assist in budget preparation and cost control measures Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and vendors as required Ensure compliance with hotel financial policies and accounting principles Safeguard confidential financial data and maintain proper documentation

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum 2 years of accounting experience (hospitality industry preferred) Strong knowledge of accounting software (Tally, MS Excel) Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
