Key Responsibilities:
Manage
daily financial transactions
related to food orders, delivery partners, and service vendors.
Maintain
records of commissions, settlements, and payouts
to restaurants, delivery agents, and service providers.
Prepare
weekly and monthly financial reports
, including revenue summaries and expense tracking.
Handle
GST, TDS, and other statutory filings
on time.
Reconcile
bank accounts, payment gateways, and digital wallets
(Razorpay, Paytm, etc.).
Monitor and verify
invoice accuracy
for vendors and service partners.
Assist management in
budget planning, cash flow monitoring, and audit preparation.
Maintain data in
Tally / Excel sheets
for tracking orders and financial performance.
Support business growth by optimizing financial systems and maintaining transparency in reporting.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (CA Inter preferred).
2-5 years of accounting experience (experience in e-commerce, delivery, or service apps preferred).
Proficiency in
Tally, Excel, and accounting tools
.
Knowledge of
GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a
startup ecosystem
with multitasking capabilities.
