About the Company

Maks Engineering is a growing manufacturing company specializing in

PUF (Polyurethane Foam) Panels

used in industrial and commercial projects. We are looking for a skilled and responsible

Accountant

to manage our financial records, compliance, and daily accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for

end-to-end accounting

, including:

Daily bookkeeping and accounting entries Preparation and maintenance of

ledgers, vouchers, and invoices

GST, TDS, and statutory compliance

and timely filing of returns

Bank reconciliation

, cash flow management, and expense tracking Preparation of

monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Handling

purchase, sales, and payroll accounting

Coordinating with auditors, consultants, and tax authorities Ensuring proper

documentation and compliance

as per company and government rules Supporting management with accurate financial data for decision-making

Preferred Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in

Commerce / Accounting / Finance

Minimum

2-5 years of experience

in accounting

Experience in a manufacturing unit will be an added advantage

Strong knowledge of

GST, TDS, and accounting standards

Proficiency in

Tally, Excel, and accounting software

Ability to handle

daily accounting tasks independently

Good attention to detail and reporting accuracy

Other Requirements

Candidate should be

willing to work between Vaishali (Ghaziabad) office and Modinagar factory

as required Honest, organized, and capable of handling confidential financial information
