Position Overview

The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities and maintaining accurate financial records. This role requires strong attention to detail, hands-on experience with accounting software, and the ability to independently handle core accounting functions. The Accountant will support financial operations and ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Record and maintain daily accounting entries Handle sales and purchase invoices Maintain ledgers and accurate financial records Perform bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies Manage GST workings, invoice records, and related documentation Assist in preparing basic financial statements and reports Coordinate with internal departments for financial data and documentation Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies Maintain organized and secure accounting records
Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures Working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime High level of accuracy and attention to detail Good organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities with accountability Comfortable working in a structured, professional environment
Education & Experience

1-2 years of relevant accounting experience (mandatory) Practical experience using Tally / Tally Prime Basic knowledge of GST and financial reporting Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
