Job Description

We are hiring an experienced

US Accountant

to manage end-to-end accounting operations for our California-based ecommerce company. The ideal candidate must have direct experience working with US accounting, state compliance, and ecommerce financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting operations, bookkeeping, and reconciliation using

QuickBooks Online

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Handle

US Sales Tax & Use Tax filings

, preferably for

California

Maintain accurate general ledger, AP/AR, vendor payments, payroll entries, and expense tracking Manage ecommerce accounting workflows including

Shopify, PayPal, Stripe, Amazon, etc.

Coordinate with US finance team, auditors, and external agencies when required Ensure compliance with US GAAP standards and state-specific tax regulations Support budget planning, cost tracking, and forecasting

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory:

Minimum 4

-5 years of hands-on US Accounting

experience

Must Have:

Experience in

California tax filing (Sales & Use Tax)

Strong experience with

QuickBooks Online

Knowledge of US GAAP, ecommerce accounting & reporting workflows Excellent proficiency in Excel, reports, and reconciliations Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail & ownership mindset
