Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle complete accounting of a

manpower and security services company

using Tally ERP/Prime Manage

monthly payroll

for a workforce including skilled, semi-skilled, unskilled staff and security guards Ensure

EPF & ESIC compliance

including registration, challans, returns, and statutory filings Handle

GST compliances

applicable to manpower/security services (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation, notices) Manage

TDS compliances

(salary, contractors, professionals) and timely return filing Prepare wage sheets, attendance-based salary calculations, overtime, minimum wages, and statutory deductions Client-wise billing, invoicing, reconciliation, and outstanding tracking Finalization of accounts including

Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account

Coordinate with

CA, auditors, and statutory authorities

Ensure timely compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
Required Skills & Experience:

Expert-level knowledge of

Tally ERP/Prime

Strong hands-on experience in

manpower/security services accounting

In-depth knowledge of

EPF, ESIC, GST, TDS, and payroll processing

Good command over

Excel and MIS reporting

High accuracy, compliance orientation, and ability to handle responsibilities independently
Qualification:

B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter / Equivalent Minimum

2 years of relevant experience
