Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role located in Noida. The Accountant will handle daily financial operations, including managing financial records, preparing reports, and analyzing budgets. Responsibilities will also include processing invoices, reconciling accounts, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and assisting in tax preparation and audits. Maintaining accuracy and ensuring that financial data supports organizational goals will be a key aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, process, and manage Proforma Invoices (PI), Quotations, and Tax Invoices. Maintain accurate stock records, including stock in/out tracking and coordination of dispatch activities. Manage petty cash and maintain detailed expense records. Handle ticket bookings for travel or logistics and maintain related receipts and vouchers.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Minimum 2+ years of prior experience in Accounting or a related role.
