We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with prior experience in the Hotel / Hospitality industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, hotel revenue records, cost control, taxation, and statutory compliance while ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily books of accounts for hotel operations
Handle billing, invoicing, and revenue accounting (rooms, F&B, banquets, POS)
Reconcile cash, bank, POS, and credit card transactions
Monitor expenses, vendor payments, and cost control
Prepare monthly MIS, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
Coordinate with auditors and support internal & external audits
Maintain inventory records (F&B, stores, consumables)
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
2-5 years of accounting experience in Hotel / Hospitality industry
Knowledge of hotel accounting software / POS systems
Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and hospitality taxation
Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and MS Office
Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred Candidate
Experience in hotel, resort, restaurant, or hospitality group
Ability to handle multi-outlet accounting
Immediate or short notice period preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,547.50 - ₹25,466.54 per month
