- Accounts Executive

Experience Required:-

Minimum

2+ years

of relevant experience

Qualification:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce

(B.Com / M.Com)

Must have worked under a Chartered Accountant (CA)

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Maintain

day-to-day accounting entries

in Tally / ERP Handle

accounts payable & receivable

Prepare and maintain

ledgers, vouchers, and journal entries

Assist in

GST compliance

- returns, reconciliation, filings Support

TDS calculation, deduction & filing

Perform

bank reconciliation statements (BRS)

Assist in

month-end and year-end closing activities

Maintain

vendor records and payment follow-ups

Coordinate with

CA, auditors, and internal departments

Ensure compliance with

statutory and accounting standards

Maintain proper documentation and audit-ready records

Skills & Competencies Required:

Strong knowledge of

accounting principles

Hands-on experience with

Tally / accounting software

Working knowledge of

GST, TDS, Income Tax basics

Good understanding of

financial documentation & compliance

Strong

attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Minimum

2 years of experience

in accounting Prior experience

working under a Chartered Accountant

is mandatory Experience in

retail / FMCG / trading environment

will be an advantage Immediate or short notice period preferred
