Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting using

Tally ERP

(voucher entries, ledgers, bank reconciliation, etc.)

Handle

accounts payable & receivable

, including

invoice generation

, vendor follow-ups, and

vendor management

Manage

petty cash

, expense tracking, and cash flow monitoring

Prepare and file

GST returns

(GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns) and ensure TDS compliance

Assist with

ITR filing

,

PF/EPF processing

, and general statutory compliance

Coordinate

payroll processing

, salary disbursements, and maintain employee-related financial records

Prepare

MIS reports

, financial summaries, and support

IPO documentation

(if applicable)

Perform

bank reconciliations

and assist in monthly/quarterly/year-end closures

Coordinate with departments, vendors, and clients via

professional email communication

Support

audit processes

and provide necessary documentation to internal/external auditors
