Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Accountant with 4-6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of Indian and US accounting standards and have good communication

skills. This role requires expertise in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and IGAAP, along with a CA Inter qualification. The candidate should be comfortable working overtime when necessary to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end accounting processes, ensuring compliance with Indian and US accounting standards. Handle AP & AR functions, including invoicing, reconciliations, and vendor payments. Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with IGAAP. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing. Prepare financial statements, tax filings, and audit documentation. Coordinate with internal and external auditors and support audit requirements. Work closely with the finance team to optimize cash flow management. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements. Maintain accuracy in general ledger accounting and financial record-keeping.

Requirements:

5-6 years of experience in accounting and finance. Strong expertise in Indian & US accounting principles. CA Inter qualification with a commerce background (mandatory). Proficiency in AP, AR, IGAAP, and financial reporting. Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar). Understanding of taxation, GST, TDS, and compliance frameworks will be a plus. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
