We are looking for a detail-oriented

Accountant

who is proficient in using

Vyapar Accounting Software

. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and hands-on experience in managing day-to-day business accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting entries using

Vyapar Software

Create and maintain

sales, purchase, expense, and inventory records

Generate

GST invoices

, purchase bills, and quotations Prepare and reconcile

bank statements

and

cash books

Monitor and manage

accounts payable and receivable

Assist in preparing

monthly financial reports

Coordinate with the management team for account-related queries Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of financial data

Required Skills

Good knowledge of

Vyapar Software

Understanding of GST filing, TDS, and basic taxation Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in

MS Excel

and

basic computer operations

Good communication and record-keeping skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Commerce / Accounting / Finance

(preferred) Experience with Vyapar or similar software is a must

Salary

?12000 - ₹16000 per month (based on experience)
