to manage DACBY's day-to-day financial operations -- from bookkeeping and reconciliations to compliance and reporting. You'll work directly with the founding team to ensure our numbers stay sharp, accurate, and compliant.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally/Zoho Books.
Record all financial transactions including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
Handle GST, TDS, and income tax filings, ensuring statutory compliance.
Manage vendor payments, invoices, and credit/debit notes.
Reconcile bank accounts, vendor ledgers, and payment gateways.
Coordinate with CA for audits, ROC filings, and financial reviews.
Track accounts receivable/payable and maintain clear MIS reports.
Support management in budgeting and financial planning.
Maintain records for all employee reimbursements and payroll-related accounting.
