Maintain day-to-day accounts in Tally/Zoho/Excel or other software.
Record sales, purchase, expenses, and bank transactions accurately.
Prepare and reconcile financial statements, ledgers, and MIS reports.
Manage accounts payable/receivable and vendor reconciliation.
2. Taxation & Compliance
Prepare and file
GST returns, TDS returns, and Income Tax returns
.
Assist in tax computation, payment of challans, and statutory filings.
Maintain compliance calendar and ensure deadlines are met.
Support audits, assessments, and preparation of reports for authorities.
3. Business Setup & Government Registrations
Assist in
business incorporation
(Proprietorship, Partnership, LLP, Pvt Ltd, etc.).
Prepare and file applications for
Verify documents, coordinate with authorities, and ensure successful approvals.
Provide clients with clarity on compliance requirements and documentation.
4. Coordination & Support
Work closely with operations team to manage client queries.
Coordinate with CA/CS/Tax consultants for complex matters.
Support clients in maintaining digital records and compliance files.
