1. Maintain daily bookkeeping and accounting records using Tally software
2. Ensure accurate TDS deduction on applicable expenses and timely TDS payments.
3. Prepare and reconcile data for GST returns and TDS returns
4. Perform GSTR 3B vs 2B comparison for input tax credit validation
5. Prepare stock statements for submission to banks
6. Coordinate with bankers for issuance of Bank Guarantees (BG) and Letters of Credit (LC)
7. Draft and compile documentation for import/export transactions
8. Assist in conducting statutory and tax audits across client portfolios
9. Communicate with customers regarding outstanding payments and follow-ups
10. Knowledge of GST and Income Tax regulations to ensure compliance
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel
Good organizational and communication skills
Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience
