We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced

Accountant

to manage the financial operations of our

RMC (Ready Mix Concrete) plant

located in Dombivli. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the construction or manufacturing sector and will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, overseeing daily accounting tasks, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounts, book-keeping, and data entry in Tally/Accounting software Handle GST, TDS, and other tax-related filings and compliances Prepare and manage invoices, purchase orders, bills, and payment follow-ups Bank reconciliation, vendor payment tracking, and petty cash management Coordinate with CA/Auditors for statutory audits and financial reporting Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports Monitor expenses, stock movement, and material costing related to RMC operations Maintain proper records of machinery, fuel, and plant-related expenditures

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field 2+ years of accounting experience (preferably in RMC, construction, or manufacturing sector) Proficient in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and other accounting tools Good understanding of GST, TDS, and other Indian taxation laws Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills Local candidates from Dombivli/Kalyan/Thane region preferred

Salary:

As per industry standards (Negotiable based on experience)
