Job Summary

Kardhar Electricals Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, manufacturing-related accounting, GST compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the Electrical Manufacturing industry and strong knowledge of accounting, inventory, and taxation processes.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Bookkeeping

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries including purchases, sales, expenses, and journal entries Maintain ledgers, trial balance, and books of accounts Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) Handle cash and bank transactions
Manufacturing & Inventory Accounting

Maintain accounting records for raw material, WIP, and finished goods Monitor inventory movements and perform stock reconciliation Track material consumption and production-related entries Match purchase invoices with GRN and maintain proper documentation
GST & Taxation

Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) on time Handle Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliation Generate E-way bills and ensure GST compliance Basic handling of TDS entries and returns
Accounts Payable & Receivable

Verify vendor bills and process payments Prepare customer invoices and track receivables Maintain aging analysis and outstanding reports Follow up on payments with customers and vendors
Compliance & Reporting

Maintain statutory and compliance-related records Assist during internal and statutory audits Prepare monthly MIS and financial reports Support management with financial data and analysis
Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com (Accounting or Finance background preferred) Strong working knowledge of Tally (Prime/ERP) Proficiency in MS Excel
Experience Requirements

2-4 years of accounting experience Mandatory experience in Electrical Manufacturing or related Manufacturing Industry Practical exposure to GST, inventory accounting, and compliance
Required Skills

Strong knowledge of accounting principles Hands-on experience with GST portal and returns Good analytical and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
Preferred Skills

Experience in manufacturing costing Audit handling experience Exposure to ERP systems

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
