Accountant (Two Wheeler Dealership)

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented

Accountant

for a two-wheeler dealership in Baner, Pune. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in accounting, billing, GST, and day-to-day financial operations within a retail or automobile/dealership environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations for the dealership Handle

sales billing, purchase entries, service invoices, credit notes, and debit notes

Maintain

daily cash & bank transactions

, reconciliation, and deposits Record and track

vehicle sales, service revenue, accessories & insurance transactions

Prepare and maintain

customer ledgers, vendor ledgers, and outstanding reports

Manage

GST entries, TDS entries

, and coordinate with CA for monthly filings Ensure proper documentation for

RTO-related payments, challans, and receipts

Track inventory-related accounts:

spare parts, accessories, stock-in/stock-out

Maintain Petty Cash records and daily cash flow summary Support management with MIS reports, profitability tracking, and financial statements Coordinate with internal teams for accounts-related clarifications

Required Skills & Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent 1-6 years of accounting experience (Automobile/Dealership experience preferred) Good knowledge of

Tally / ERP systems / GST / TDS / Billing

Strong MS Excel skills - VLOOKUP, Basic formulas, reports Ability to maintain accurate records and timely reporting Good communication skills (Hindi, English, Marathi preferred)

Preferred Attributes

Experience working with a

two-wheeler or four-wheeler dealership

Knowledge of

retail billing, RTO documentation, and dealer accounting processes

Ability to handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced showroom environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
