Knowledge with Accountancy Aged 25 +

A accountant with 0-2 years of experience is for maintaining financial records, preparing daily transactions. Key duties include accounts payable/receivable, assisting with financial statement preparation, and supporting audits. A degree

(M.B.A / B.Com)

and strong proficiency in and MS Excel are required.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using ERP and other accounting software.

Transaction Processing:

Process all invoices, payments, receipts, and data entry for daily transactions.

Accounts Payable & Receivable:

Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing payments and tracking outstanding invoices.

Documentation:

Ensure all accounting documentation, vouchers, and invoices are properly maintained and filed.
Required qualifications and skills

Education:

PG/UG degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related.

Experience:

1-4 years of experience in accounting, specifically with Ms-Office.

Software Proficiency:

Proficiency in MS Excel is essential.

Knowledge:

Good understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws (GST, TDS).

Soft Skills:

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organizational skills, and the ability to work under deadlines.
