We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced

Accountant

to join our Finance & Accounts team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in manufacturing accounts, Tally ERP / Tally Prime, GST, TDS, PF, and statutory compliance. This role requires proficiency in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and cost control, with hands-on experience in manufacturing industry accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update books of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, and Journal Entries. Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per Ind AS / GAAP standards. Manage invoices, billing, vendor payments, customer collections, and maintain proper documentation. Handle Tally, Tally Prime, GST filings, TDS returns, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances. Assist in budget preparation, variance analysis, cost accounting, and inventory management. Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits and ensure timely submission of reports. Support the management team with financial analysis, MIS reports, and data-driven insights for decision-making. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and manufacturing finance regulations.

Required Skills

Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) Experience: 5+ years of experience in Accounting / Finance, preferably in a manufacturing company.
Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime and other ERP accounting systems. Good understanding of cost accounting, inventory valuation, and financial analysis. Working knowledge of Excel, MS Office, and accounting software tools. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
