Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, accounts payable, and receivable.
Prepare, maintain, and reconcile financial records, ledgers, and statements.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting.
Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors for audits and compliance checks.
Generate MIS reports and present financial insights for management decisions.
Maintain accuracy in vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and client invoicing.
Monitor cash flows.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or related field (CA Inter/MBA Finance is a plus).
Proven experience (1 year) in accounting or finance, preferably in startups or real estate.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, or similar) and MS Excel.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical thinking.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
