Responsibilities:
Record all day-to-day financial transactions in Zoho Books.
Match and reconcile
bank transactions
with corresponding
invoices, bills, and receipts
.
Verify payment entries and ensure accuracy in all records.
Reconcile
customer/vendor ledgers
, and ensure data consistency.
Approve and finalize invoices after verification.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Generate periodic reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, etc.) when required.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in accounts or entries.
Requirements:
Proven experience in
Zoho Books accounting and reconciliation
.
Strong understanding of accounting principles.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Good communication skills.
(Optional but preferred) Knowledge of Indian accounting and taxation (TDS, GST, etc.).
