We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations at our Mallapur, Hyderabad office. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting, good knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll, and proficiency in accounting software.
Key Responsibilities
:
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure accuracy of financial transactions
Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
Handle GST filings, TDS calculations, and statutory compliance
Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable/receivable
Process payroll and ensure timely salary disbursements
Monitor cash flow and manage petty cash
Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits
Ensure timely filing of government returns (GST, TDS, etc.)
Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting
Maintain proper documentation for financial transactions
Liaise with vendors, clients, and other departments as required
Requirements
:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent
Minimum 2-4 years of experience as an Accountant, preferably in retail, mall, or corporate sectors
Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, and Payroll
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or equivalent)
Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
