Accounting & Bookkeeping

Manage

daily accounting activities

for two pharmacy/medical wholesale stores. Record and maintain

sales, purchase, and expense transactions

accurately. Prepare and maintain

Tally ledgers

and update

Profit Maker software

regularly. Perform

Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)

for multiple accounts.

Taxation & Compliance

Prepare and file

GST returns (monthly/quarterly/annual)

accurately and on time. Handle

TDS calculations, deductions, and filing

. Ensure compliance with pharma industry accounting standards and government regulations. Maintain proper documentation for

audit and tax purposes

.

Inventory & Store Accounting

Monitor

stock-related financial transactions

for both stores. Coordinate with store managers for accurate

inventory valuation

and reporting. Ensure proper accounting for

expired goods, returns, and credit notes

.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

Generate

MIS reports

, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets. Track

receivables, payables, and outstanding collections

. Provide financial insights to management for decision-making.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of

GST, TDS, and pharma accounting practices

. Hands-on experience with

Tally ERP

and

Profit Maker software

. Understanding of

medical wholesale, distribution, and retail operations

.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
