Multi State Co-Operative Credit Society is committed to empowering communities through ethical and inclusive financial services. With a grassroots approach to financial access, we aim to support individuals and small businesses through savings and micro-credit facilities. We are seeking a detail-oriented and trustworthy Accountant to join our Hyderabad branch.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting operations including data entry, journal posting, and ledger maintenance

Record and reconcile cash transactions, deposits, and disbursements

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for branch management

Support the preparation of financial statements and assist in audits

Follow up with customers for loan repayment and collect overdue amounts

Maintain accurate records of collections and update outstanding balances

Coordinate with field staff for verification of cash inflows/outflows

Ensure compliance with society's financial and documentation protocols

Keep accounting records up-to-date and assist in year-end closing

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent

1-2 years of accounting experience

Proficiency in Tally Software

Good command of MS Excel and basic reporting functions

Strong understanding of accounting principles and documentation

Ability to manage time and multitask effectively

Comfortable in communicating with customers for payment follow-up

Familiarity with cooperative credit society norms is an added advantage

Willingness to learn and take initiative in daily operations

Familiarity with local language and community engagement is a plus

: Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad (Field coordination may be required occasionally)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
