Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role plays a key part in maintaining the financial health and transparency of the organization.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain financial records and reports Handle general ledger entries and reconciliations Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable Assist in payroll processing and related tax filings Collaborate with auditors during financial audits Analyze financial data and provide insights to management Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial information

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) is a plus Proven experience (2-5 years) as an Accountant or similar role Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices (GAAP/IFRS) Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero, Oracle) Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure

Preferred Skills:
