Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting at Tint & Orange. The role involves handling vendor payments, dealer/distributor transactions, reconciliations, and supporting compliance for a fast-growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
? Maintain accurate daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP.
? Handle accounts payable & receivable for distributors, dealers, and partners.
? Process invoices, GST filings, and tax compliance.
? Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow records.
? Prepare MIS reports, P&L statements, and the monthly closing of accounts.
? Support statutory audits and liaise with external auditors as required.
? Coordinate with sales & operations teams for billing, collections, and financial documentation.
? Track and report expenses, ensuring adherence to budgets and financial discipline.
Qualifications & Experience:
? Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
? Experience: 1-3 years of accounting experience (preferably in trading, distribution, or manufacturing companies).
? Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems, MS Excel.
? Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
