Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to perform a variety of financial and accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing financial records, managing budgets, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

? Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and statements

? Manage accounts payable and receivable

? Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow

? Process invoices, receipts, payments, and payroll

? Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities

? Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax filings

? Analyze financial data and provide insights to management

? Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts

? Coordinate with external auditors and support audits

? Use accounting software for daily accounting functions

? Monitor financial transactions and reporting for accuracy and completeness

? Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Proven experience (1-3+ years) as an Accountant or in a similar role

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel

Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

Good communication and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
