Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Accountant

with strong knowledge of

Accounting principles

and hands-on experience in

Tally ERP

. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance activities to support smooth business functioning.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate books of accounts in

Tally ERP

. Handle

accounts payable and receivable

, vendor reconciliations, and customer ledger management. Manage

bank reconciliations, cash flow, and petty cash

records. Prepare

GST, TDS, and statutory compliance filings

in coordination with auditors. Assist in preparing

financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly P&L statements

. Monitor outstanding collections and follow-up on payments. Ensure timely and accurate

invoice generation

and proper documentation. Support management in

budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis

.

Key Requirements

Education:

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

Experience:

2-4 years of relevant accounting experience.

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in

Tally ERP

. Working knowledge of

MS Excel and MS Office

. Understanding of

GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances

. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
