Job Summary:

We are looking for a

motivated and detail-oriented Accountant

to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day accounting operations, supporting the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates looking to kick-start their career in accounting and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining and updating financial records and ledgers. Support in preparing and processing invoices, receipts, and payments. Help with bank reconciliations and other accounting tasks. Assist in preparing financial reports such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc. Maintain and organize accounting files and documents. Handle petty cash and assist in managing accounts payable/receivable. Provide administrative support to the accounts team as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Assist with the preparation of tax-related documents and reports. Other duties as assigned by the Accounts Manager.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) is a plus. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Good communication skills (both written and verbal). Ability to work as part of a team and independently. Willingness to learn and grow in the accounting field.
